Professional Development Workshops for Steiner Communities
Dr David Liknaitzky of spiritatwork will be offering two 3-day workshops at Noosa Pengari Steiner School in 2024, open to all who are interested. The workshops take a fresh look at enlivening our understanding and practice of collaborative work, while also developing the self. They are facilitated with a lively mix of lecturettes and group discussions, small group work, self-reflection, experiential exercises, and other artistic and creative processes. Each workshop stands alone, and you can participate in one or both. The two together will give a full and rounded experience.
Everyone a Leader - The Art of Shared Leadership (10 – 13 April 2024)
Leadership is an activity that is relevant to everyone, from principals and teachers, to parents and board members. The workshop covers emerging concepts of leadership, the dynamic nature of leadership, and how to lead change, shape organisational culture and support individuals to take initiatives and flourish at work.
Building the Social Fabric of the Organisation – Transforming Relationships and Energising Work Life (25 – 28 September 2024)
Interpersonal collaboration is a crucial foundation for building a resilient organisation. The workshop includes insight and skills into group dynamics, building trust, developing empathic and cooperative relationships and facilitating healthy dialogue, so as to foster and maintain a healthy social life.

The Essentials in Steiner Education
Phone 0415 603 077 cliknaitzky [at] gmail.com Website
Are you a parent, home schooler or teacher interested in the profound insights into human development provided by Rudolf Steiner? You might, then, consider the Essentials in Steiner Education course offered by Heart Spaces! This part-time, year-long program takes place every Thursday morning in Eumundi at our new home at the CWA Hall.
Carol Liknaitzky facilitates the program in a way that allows people to learn through doing, and to establish confidence and self-motivation, as part of a nourishing personal journey.
Through joyful singing, storytelling, painting, drawing and dancing, we creatively weave through the seasons with inspiration from our earth and the cosmos, observing without judgement, reflecting deeply and gaining knowledge and skills. The course is brought to life by the spiritual wisdom and imaginations that we explore together, with the focus on how to transform our practice in work and life. We build community by coaching and supporting each other with empathy and care.
Our periodic Saturday Crafternoons develop skills in Wet and Dry Felting, Making Moving Pictures, Creating Shadow-Light Theatre, Dyeing and Working with Silk.
Please see www.heartspaces.com.au/education-courses for a full list of our courses for 2025.
