Health & Wellbeing
Caroline Kohl at Noosa Physiotherapy Centre
I am a Musculoskeletal (MPhty) and Lymphoedema Physiotherapist (ALA accredited Practitioner). I often treat a broad range of injuries and provide rehabilitation programs but mainly enjoy sharing my experience in helping patients improve and heal acute or chronic back and neck pain. I have a hands-on treatment approach as well as using exercise prescription and advice on lifestyle or workplace modifications to optimise your wellbeing.
As a Lymphoedema Physio I offer pre and post cancer treatment education and advice, Complete Decongestive Therapy, prescription of compression garments, adequate exercise programs for any stage of your journey and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage. I also provide the same services to patients with primary Lymphoedema or Lipoedema.
For women after breast cancer I offer the Strength ABC program, which is a 5 week research based exercise program that reduces your chance of developing Lymphoedema greatly and gives you a kick start back to your normal strength and exercise routine.
Emmely Rackemann Health Coaching
A little 30 day experiment of changing what we ate turned into a career change! The health outcomes were undeniable and amazing for both my husband and I, and this led me to become a holistic health coach covering nutrition, exercise, relationships and stress management. It became my purpose to share my passion, knowledge and experience about how choices can positively affect your life.
After having kids, I was shocked at the amount of toxic chemicals that were in baby products and around our home. I work with you to identify and reduce your exposure to these environmental toxins, and transition to using effective chemical free alternatives. This includes how to create a natural toolkit to support you and your family’s health.
I am also an Aroma Freedom Practitioner, which is based on various Psychology modalities and uses Young Living essential oils to gently identify and release negative emotional patterns.
